Somethimes  winter seems to be a time to sleep and stillness. Birds flew away, overblown flowers, leaves fell from the trees.
For us, however, it was intense period of field work. That winter are carried out conservation activities related to the removal trees and shrubs overgrowing wetlands. It is impossible at other times of the year, because of the breeding season.
